Hello, my name is Dr. Cody. I opened my clinical practice with the goal of providing high caliber mental health services to individuals from marginalized groups (BIPOC, LGBQT+, etc).
I predominantly provide assessment and evaluation services for individuals seeking answers and support institutions and agencies wanting to better understand the individuals they serve.
Additionally, I offer a limited number of integrative psychotherapy services to help my clients explore and work through the discomfort that stems from change and transition. My therapy sessions are designed to increase self-awareness and self-compassion, while encouraging clients to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations.

Support from your couch
Transportation, location, stigma, or your mood should not prevent you from receiving good quality mental health and well-being services. Even if you can not sit with me in person, Telehealth (online) sessions offer a safe space for you to be vulnerable, honest, and heard from a setting that is ideal for you.
I am able to offer telehealth services to individuals residing outside of Texas.
