For your convenience, my practice accepts major credit cards, Zelle, and Paypal.  Payment is expected at the time of service.

Insurance Information

I am in-network with BCBS of Texas (BCP, HMH, HME, HMO, PMB, and HPN). My services are sometimes insurance reimbursable for other companies, depending on your out-of-network benefits. Patients are advised to check with their insurance company to see what their coverage allows.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation is required (where possible) to avoid being charged for the full session. Cancelling in a timely manner enables me to offer the slot to other clients in need.
